Purpose
This document captures HTOS policies related to any rentals, displays or ads by any Third Party at any HTOS organized events.
Offer for Third Party to rent, display or advertise
HTOS organizes cultural and religious events throughout the year in the Sioux Falls area and at HTOS temple in Tea, SD. Some of these events provide the community or commercial establishments an opportunity to participate in the event through purchase of ads in the newsletters and booklets published by HTOS related to that event. At HTOS discretion and based on purchased ad value, HTOS could offer such advertisers (herein called the Third Party) a Spot at the HTOS organized event to display their services. HTOS may charge an additional amount for such a Spot depending on the event.
Type of Spots Offered
Depending on the event venue, ONE of the following Spots can be made available for a Third Party:
- Poster: A poster of max size 2ft (W) x 3ft (H) on a safe easel no taller than 6 ft including the poster.
